The division Chassis Systems Control (CC) and Automotive Steering (AS) develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.
Your contribution to something big
► Development of Simulation Environments on different scale for electric Steering Gears
► Design, development and validation of software in the loop (SiL) models for electric steering gears
► Development of test infrastructure for model verification
► Model exchange for several simulation tools and platforms
► Delivery of customized Models to internal and external customers
► Further development of methods and processes to reach higher level of automation in model build and verification
► Collaboration across domains
What distinguishes you
► Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronic engineering, automotive engineering or computer science or similar disciplines
► Solid Knowledge in programming C and Matlab Simulink
► Basics in Python beneficial
► Practical experiences with Simulink
► High degree of flexibility, initiative, responsibility and creative thinking
► Confident attitude towards customers
► Good team working skills
► Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (English is a must, German plus)
► Start with 1-2 months training abroad (Germany)
