About the Business Service Center
Eaton’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Business Service Centre (BSC) is the newest addition to the company’s EMEA regional capability, helping to manage operations across the region through CustomerCare, sales support, commercial management as well as internal functional support.
This site forms part of Eaton’s regional network of shared resources and sites, including:

Business Service Center functions
The BSC provides centralized CustomerCare and Sales Support to customers and partners across the region for Hydraulics and Electrical businesses covering:
Sales Support: technical and application support, pre-sales quotations, inside sales support and product selection assistance to customers, end users, field sales, wholesalers, distributors and resellers as well as troubleshooting product problems / warranty.
Customer Order Service: commercial support including order management, order entry, price and availability, lead time, quality, logistics and billing coordination.
The BSC is a center for commercial and business management. Eaton’s Electrical Hungarian sales office is also hosted at Krisztina KP.
The BSC also provides assistance to Eaton’s corporate functions, including IT projects as well as HR Services, Supply Chain, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Tax, Document Management, Accounting and Finance support.

About the site
The Krisztina KP is located at the foot of the Buda hills on one of the main thoroughfares of the 12th district in central Budapest. Eaton has 3000m2 of floor space that can house over 300 employees.

Eaton’s presence in Hungary started in 1995, when Klöckner Moeller Hungaria Kft was founded as a wholly owned subsidiary with seven full time employees. The assets of Felten & Guilleaume were added in 1998 to create a strong presence in the electrical sector.
Eaton acquired the Moeller Group in 2008 and the name was officially changed to Eaton Industries Ltd in May 2010.
With the acquisition of Cooper Industries in 2012, Eaton expanded its footprint in Hungary with the addition of Cooper’s Bussmann manufacturing facility in Győr.
2015 saw the creation of Eaton’s Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Business Services Center (BSC) in Budapest, providing high value add services to support internal and external customers across Eaton’s Electrical, Hydraulics, and corporate functions in EMEA. Eaton now has over 400 employees in Hungary.
Our sales team of 20 drive sales directly and through a network of over 90 distributors and partners across 55 cities.
The Győr facility has 250 employees and is a global competency center for Circuit protection devices (Fuses) and component manufacturing that serves Industrial, Renewable Energy and Utility customers worldwide.
Eaton has partnerships with several Hungarian universities including the Széchenyi István University in Győr, and the Pollack Mihály Faculty of Engineering and IT at the University of Pécs. Our employees have sponsored multiple community support projects over the last few years.
